Sri Sathya Sai Veda Gurukulam is established with the explicit purpose of promoting the practice of Vedic knowledge & research in Vedic Studies and disseminating this priceless Vedic Wisdom to the world at large while relating it to the contemporary context.
Vision: Preserving the tradition of ancient Indian culture and Vedic and Shastras knowledge propagating through teaching is a great need in these modern times.
Sri Sathya Sai Veda Gurukulam has called for applications to select students for enrollment for the Academic year 2021. These students will be trained for 15 years i.e., primary school to University, and the focus of education being vedā vedānta along with academic subjects with an emphasis on English speaking for effective communication skills and computers.
After gaining rich knowledge, they would travel to every country and continent to spread the vedāntic teachings. Hence, parā vidyā and aparā vidyā, both would be taught.
The Veda Gurukulam would focus teach Rig veda and Yajur veda in the traditional gurukulam style. Vidyarthis are offered free shelter, food and education for the entire tenure of their stay. Vidyarthis are also taught Modern education in the NIOS Board. Vidyarthis are eligible to appear in X and XII grade examinations in the NIOS board. Continuation of University education is also available like Bachelor of Arts in Vedic Studies leading to Master of Arts in Vedic Studies, Thereby making them able to get Good employment on Successful completion of the Courses.
